Bail Bond Process: After an arrest and the setting of a bail amount, our services facilitate the posting of bail in exchange for a non-refundable fee, typically 10% of the total bail amount.
Jurisdiction: Our services are provided in compliance with the California Penal Code and other state regulations governing bail bonds.Fee Structure: Our bail bond fee is typically 10% of the bail amount set by the court. For example, if bail is set at $10,000, the cost of our services will be $1,000.
Non-Refundable Fee: The bail bond fee is non-refundable, even if the defendant is found not guilty or if charges are dropped. The fee covers our administrative and risk management costs, which are incurred upfront when posting bail.
Payment Options: We offer multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and payment plans. If payment plans are available, we will outline specific terms in the contract.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are available for qualifying clients and are subject to approval. All payment plans will be clearly outlined in a separate agreement and may require collateral to secure the bond.Collateral Requirement: Depending on the size of the bail and the defendant’s risk profile, we may require collateral. Return of Collateral: Collateral will be returned once the case is concluded and all court appearances have been met. If the defendant fails to appear in court, the collateral may be forfeited.
Collateral Valuation: The value of collateral is subject to our assessment and the specific terms of the bond agreement.Refund Policy: Bail bond fees are non-refundable, as stipulated by California law. Once a bond is posted, the fee is earned for services rendered and cannot be returned, even if the defendant is found not guilty or charges are dropped.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel the bond before it is posted, you must notify us immediately. If the bond has already been posted, cancellation is not possible. The fee will still apply as a cost for services rendered.

Indemnitor Responsibility: The person who signs the bail bond agreement (the indemnitor) is legally responsible for ensuring that the defendant attends all scheduled court hearings. If the defendant fails to appear, the indemnitor may be held liable for the full bail amount.
Court Appearances: It is critical that the defendant appears in all court hearings as scheduled. Termination by You: You may terminate our services prior to the bond being posted. Once posted, cancellation is not possible, and fees are not refundable.
Failure to Appear: If the defendant fails to appear in court, the bond may be revoked, and we will take necessary actions to recover the full bail amount, including through the indemnitor.Mediation/Arbitration: Any disputes related to these policies or the bail bond process will first be attempted to resolve through mediation or arbitration. If mediation fails, legal action may be pursued in the appropriate California courts.
